Failed To Load Driver
Turn off Antivirus Software
Turn off Memory Integrity
Disable the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist
Uninstall Anti-Cheat
C035001E Error
Turn on Virtualization in BIOS
Turn off Hyper-V in Windows
C0000041 Error
Uninstall Valorant's Anti-cheat aka Riot Vanguard
Or run command as admin
sc stop vgk
All of the above are the known fixes for a driver loading error.
